Where to start?!
You can use the body oil before or after a shower/bath.
Rinse after using body scrub to avoid any residue.
When going to the beach.
Before or After shaving.
You can start by pouring a small amount onto the palm, and apply it all over the body or any targeted areas for extra hydration.

Once you're already in the shower or the bath, select a handful amount of the scrub and apply all over the body but give special attention to those areas that need that extra help and scrub in circular motions to help your body diminish or eliminated those imperfections.
To avoid coffee seed oil residue you can rinse with soap or body wash after use, for a non-oily but silky hydrated skin
